Let's get right down to business. As you all might know, I have been a little worried coming into 2014 as far as my part time online career is concerned. This is because of a few things:
1. I didn't get as much done online in 2013 as I would have liked, so I have felt a little behind coming into 2014 (but that's okay! Right?)
2. Bubblews (which seemed like a dream come true) has forsaken me and many others; they still owe me money for my work and yet they have stopped responding to my emails. In 2013, I thought Bubblews was going to be one of my big tickets for making this whole thing a FULL time career... but alas...
3. This is year 5 of my part time, online, freelance-creative-spirit career so there is more pressure to see bigger results now from family and friends...
But I cannot let the worry get me down. And believe me, I haven't been. I've been a busy bee!
So what have I been working on?
Well, over the past few weeks, I have decided that I want to focus my energies on a small, select group of websites that actually work to make me money AND that I really enjoy using. So I am working on:

Squidoo
Squidoo is not only one of my favorites sites to make money with, but is also just one of my favorite sites. On Squidoo, writers can create "lenses" on a wide assortment of topics (pretty much whatever you want), add pictures, polls, Amazon shopping modules that you ALSO earn money from, and so much more! Squidoo members are also rewarded for their efforts with trophies, points, and special accolades for quality work and commitment to the site, which feels great! AND, to top it off, Squidoo makes it easy to donate to a plethora of different charities. (Some of my favorites to donate to include the ASPCA, Invisible Children, Room to Read, The March of Dimes, and the Squidoo Charity Fund.)

List My Five is not the biggest money maker out there, but it DOES make money and it sure is fun and easy. Seriously, I think List My Five is one of the easiest sites to use to make money online off of your writing. Why?
Well, all you have to do is come up with top 5 lists for pretty much WHATEVER YOU WANT! You don't even need to include an introduction if you don't want to! It's optional!

MyLikes is an awesome, easy program that allows you to advertise and promote cool slideshows, news stories, quizzes, celebrity gossip, and more! You can also put stuff from "Around the Web" on your website that earns you money from clicks too. (Look around my blogs - you'll see them!)
One of the coolest features of MyLikes right now is a custom domain for your big stories you share from Likes and MyLikes. When people click on the stories through your site, you make money.

Sponsored Tweets is a great way to make a little extra money through Twitter if you have a good number of followers. It also has a referral program to help you bring in MORE money!
I love Sponsored Tweets. I have been with them for almost the entire time that I have worked online part time as a freelance-creative-spirit and I have NEVER had any problems with them. They pay, they provide me with quality advertisers (that I STILL get to decide on supporting or not) AND they make it really easy to put ads up on Twitter. I love it!
Hits4Pay
Hits4Pay is a seriously awesome and easy way to make money online. It is NOT a get rich quick scheme; it takes time to build up your account and your referrals. But once you do - easy!
Even if you don't refer anyone, you can still make money with Hits4Pay, but you will have to work a little harder.
So what do you do on Hits4Pay you ask? Well, all you do is create an account, fill out tax forms, confirm your email address and Paypal email address, and then you can work. Hits4Pay will send you Paid E-Mails in your messaging system on their site. All you have to do is read the email, click to look at the advertiser's website, and then Hits4Pay credits your account.
There is no buying, no signing up for offers you don't want, no hassles; just easy micro-work. A few cents here, a few cents there, and soon enough, you have the $25 minimum you need to cash out. I am already almost there and I JUST signed up last month.
I love it! To me, it is better than Swagbucks and Cashcrate! (And I still like and use those sites from time to time... I'm just saying that I think that Hits4Pay stands above the rest!)
Fiverr is a great website where one can offer up "Gigs" starting at $5.00
The possibilities are almost limitless.
How it Works:
When you get hired for one of your "Gigs" on Fiverr you have a set amount of time (set by yourself) to complete the task and deliver it to the client. Once that is done and everyone is pleased, you get paid. $5 is divided between you and Fiverr - with Fiverr only taking $1.00 and giving you $4.00 out of every $5.00. Awesome!
I love Fiverr. I just started there in February of 2014, but I have already been pretty successful. I've made $32 already (Off of just one "Gig") and I have no doubts I will make more.

BLOGS
Blogging is not an easy way to make money. If someone tells you it is, they are either lying, or they have some kind of amazing trick up their sleeve. It can be an amazing way to make money, but it is not easy.
To make money with blogs, you have to supply great content, quality traffic, and know how to sell - whether it's your ideas, your products and services, or other peoples' products and services.
My blogs are not always my focus, (except maybe this one and my main one) so please do not let them be a guide for you on how to best make a blog. BUT, that being said... I have still made money off of ALL of my blogs. Whether it was from Google Adsense, Amazon Affiliates, selling my book, getting referrals, or whatever; I have made money on them.
So I AM going to make sure that I keep them as more of my focus now.

Bubblews was awesome! It was a dream come true! I was finally making the kind of money off of my writing that could put me on the road to financial success in 2014. I was so happy!
Notice I said "WAS."
I am pretty sure the Bubblews bubble has been popped.
Over the past few months, I have been trying (quite unsuccessfully) to get over $75 owed to me from Bubblews. Now, I know what you're thinking - LOTS of people complained about Bubblews not paying, but they were all scammers and cheaters so it made sense that they didn't get paid.
But I followed the rules. I promoted them. I drove lots of traffic to their site. And for awhile, I got paid steadily. It wasn't until I was less active on the site that I started to have payment issues. Maybe they were simply annoyed that I made over $50 for doing NOTHING but let my quality posts sit online and make me money. But isn't that the point?
So as of right now, I am not writing for Bubblews, nor am I advising that anyone else write for them. If they can resolve my payment issues, then I will surely be back. Because I did love that place. But until then...
BuhBYE Bubblews!
So with Bubblews out of my earning picture right now, what revenue sharing sites AM I focusing on? Well, there are these ones that I already use successfully:
And I would recommend these 4 sites for SURE! They always bring in money for me, I never have payment issues with them, and it is fun to write for them. (Especially List My Five and Squidoo - by far my favorites!)
But there are a few more revenue sharing sites that I am looking to get started with as well.

What is Blogging? A Real Explanation
This post talks about one of the simplest question ‘What is Blogging?’ We will start with the people's view on blogging. Then we will discuss about conventional meaning of blogging followed by its real meaning. I have also shared my experience of blogging life. At the end I have tried to find the conclusion.

I make money online. It is hard. It is awesome. It is frustrating. It is slow growing... AND it is incredibly rewarding. Mostly, I make money online writing, so if you like to write, I DEFINITELY have something to offer you. But there are other opportunities here as well, so if you're not a writer, don't go skipping away now. Let's see if I can give you a little help too.
So where were we? Ah yes, making money online.
I have been making money online now since 2009, and though I still work full time in "real life," my part time online interests have definitely started to pay off in the last few years, even when I would go months without working on anything. How? Why? Well, I happen to have several means of "residual income." Instead of living off of up front payments and one time commissions, I make MOST of my online work literally work for me while I'm away.

Here's a little more advice before I go:
-Stop making excuses
-Have confidence in yourself and your abilities
-Do HEAVY research on any sites you use to make money online
-Do NOT invest money you can't afford to lose (almost all of the ways I make money online are FREE, but I also do not pay for website space or advertising, nor do I do stock trading or run a store I have to stock. Some money making endeavors DO require investment.)
-Understand that you will most likely not start making big money right away. But a few dollars a month could turn into a few hundred or a few thousand dollars a month after lots of hard work and dedication (and a few months or years.)
-Even if the people you love don't understand and support you - DON'T GIVE UP! There is a whole community of people online who DO understand and support you. When success comes around, so will your loved ones.

I have made about $250 on Bubblews already, and am to a point now, that if I wrote and interacted everyday, I could easily pull in $200 a month from Bubblews alone. THAT is how great this site is!
As I have been busy though and NOT writing or interacting, I've actually been able to note how Bubblews does as a strictly residual means of income as well, and even in THAT area, Bubblews is outperforming a lot of my other sites.
Not even 100 posts on Bubblews and I made around $10 in 2 weeks doing NOTHING. Not even promoting any posts on Twitter or anything. Literally, NOTHING.
So basically, Bubblews is the best writing site. Great for those who interact, and even pretty good for those who just want to put up 100 or so articles and just let it earn.
Because I believe in Bubblews, think it's the best, and pretty much LOVE it, I am giving my OFFICIAL STAMP OF APPROVAL to Bubblews and recommending it to anyone who can write at least 400 characters and follow website rules. ;)

So... the Blogdash thing... not so successful yet. I will give it a little while longer, but I am not going to think that THAT is the way to go in order to have a better year.Especially since I have so many other things on my plate...
1. I sold a lot of my items locally, but I still have items to sell on eBay.
2. I am getting close to finalizing my second book of poetry.
3. I picked up the 2013 Writer's Market
book and plan on submitting a lot of material4. I'm trying a new residual income writing/social site called BUBBLEWS, which so far seems awesome.

For me, my best information came from a writer friend of mine who recommended the site to me. She has already made payout multiple times (payout is $25) and likes the site.
Personally, I DO have some criticism, but I have to believe that the site is simply going through growing pains, just like eHow, just like List My Five, and just like a lot of other sites out there have done.
